We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring the shops and local attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We especially loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a bar/lounge area and a restaurant where we could indulge in delicious meals. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also very convenient.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

The views from the rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel, & very helpful staff.a very short walk to the main shopping area.

The wifi arrangement was a bit hit & miss, one night it was free all night, next time it was only for an hour, & constantly having to log in is a pain

The hotel was very nice, clean, private room, staff at desk very helpful, restaurant staff extremely accommodating, however, I was most unhappy about the wi-fi services. I was told I had one free hour and would have to pay for any additional time. Instead, I was kicked off the system after 1 hour and could not get back on without a new access code which dropped the service again after 1 hour. I have a business & have to stay in touch with the business & family in order to travel. It was extremely annoying not to have a continous service. In the future this need will increase for all travelers. I urge you to correct your system.

I had a comfortable stay at Grande Albergo, with a well-decorated room offering a beautiful view of the town and surrounding hills. Despite a language barrier, the staff was discreet and helpful. The hotel's location in a calm area was perfect, with easy access to the old center of Potenza. The underground parking was spacious and convenient.

Located near the city center, this hotel is nestled on the side of a mountain, granting a splendid view of the historic center. the rooms and bathrooms are well-appointed and kept very clean by the friendly and highly professional staff. the complimentary breakfast offers a good choice of savory and sweet items. the hotel also provides parking passes for parking on the street outside the hotel.

Some guests have reported occasional connectivity issues with the complimentary wifi.

We stayed at a hotel located on a hill during Easter. the view of the city was stunning and the cultural sites were easy to access. the hotel staff were very helpful and provided us with great information. the breakfast was delicious and it was a nice way to start the day. the rooms were modern and comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

The decor was a bit worn out, and the restaurant didn't meet our expectations. we found a small family-owned store nearby that offered delicious food and friendly service.
